All prices listed on the website are in AED.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance and availability. Ifshas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. We may require order verification via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and unverified orders may be cancelled without notice.

Ifshas currently offers Cash on Delivery as a payment method. Customers are required to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of orders or misuse of Cash on Delivery may result in restriction or permanent disabling of this service for the customer.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, Ifshas shall not be held liable for delays, damages caused in transit, or failed delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.

By placing an order, you agree to be contacted via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for order confirmation, delivery coordination, or customer support purposes.

All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of Ifshas and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Ifshas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our jewellery is fashion jewellery, and we do not guarantee resistance to water, sweat, perfumes, or long-term wear conditions. Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ifshas, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Due to the nature of fashion jewellery products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only applicable in cases where a product is received in a damaged condition or where an incorrect item has been delivered.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Ifshas reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including earrings due to hygiene reasons, sale or discounted items, and customized or personalized products.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. Clear photo or video evidence, including unboxing proof where possible, may be required to process such claims. Ifshas reserves the right to decline requests where sufficient proof is not provided.

Approved returns may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion. Store credit, if issued, will be valid for future purchases on the website.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Ifshas is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns and exchanges in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of the return policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–4 working days across the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We offer Cash on Delivery as our primary payment method. Customers are required to pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery. By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you agree to accept the delivery and make payment upon arrival. Ifshas reserves the right to verify orders via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch, and unverified orders may be cancelled.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Promotional offers such as free delivery may be applied at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the customer, or failure to respond to courier communication, the order may be cancelled. Re-delivery may be attempted at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, this may be considered misuse of service. Ifshas reserves the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for such customers in future.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, Ifshas is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

In the event that a package is lost or significantly delayed, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe so that we can initiate an investigation with the courier partner. Resolution in such cases will be subject to courier confirmation and internal review.
